EN: Take on the Circuit in Loop, which will lead you through the scenic Castle of Lousã, Talasnal, and Castelo Novo. The difficulty level varies depending on your physical condition, but be aware that some parts of the path can be challenging. When you reach the villages, make sure to stop by the bar "O Curral" in Talasnal for some delicious food. Note that the route may not be recorded for a short distance after the village of Casal Novo, but you can resume recording once you realize what has happened.
PT: Percurso circular (Castelo da Lousã, Talasnal, Castelo Novo). Percurso moderado ou difícil dependendo da condição física. Há zonas do percurso bastante difíceis. Nas aldeias existem bons locais para se comer, exemplo disso, o bar “O Curral” no Talasnal. Após a aldeia de Casal Novo o trajecto não foi gravado durante alguns metros. Retomámos a gravação quando nos apercebemos do ocorrido.
